Charlotte Rescue Mission’s new 72,000-square-foot Rebound Center facility will provide shelter and addiction recovery services for Charlotte area men. Scheduled to open in spring 2024, this modern building will nearly double its capacity, helping some 500 participants each year find a transformative future of hope and wholeness.

Located in the heart of uptown Charlotte, this five-story residential building will have a full kitchen, cafeteria, chapel, classroom and learning center. There will also be a medical room and fitness center onsite. Each floor lounge will have entertainment and recreational opportunities, including TVs, shuffleboard courts and billiards tables.

For 85 years, the non-profit Charlotte Rescue Mission has offered cost-free, faith-based residential recovery programs. This organization has helped those struggling with addiction to achieve long-term sobriety, financial stability and stable housing.

Much of this project has been financed by the City of Charlotte COVID-19 relief funds, grants from Mecklenburg County, and charitable donations from the community and local businesses.
